Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if you are not. We do not accept returns on items unless they are damaged or defective when received. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within no less than 7 days of receiving the item and we shall go about the process of making restitution If the situation warrants it. Customers may be asked to show definitive proof of defect or damage by way of videos photographs or any other combination of information that the company deems necessary in order to assess the situation. Additionally, customers may be asked to provide a formal written description of the damage or defect of the product for review prior to receiving any replacement, or exchange in product. We reserve the right at our discretion to offer a substitute product in exchange for the damaged product. Customers may be subject to the shipping fee, in order to have the product returned to the factory for inspection. We do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for exchanges or returns a minimum of the following criteria must be met:
All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
All items must be unused, and in its original condition
Original receipts need to be included
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless even if the items have been mailed back to us.
VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns need to be noted within 7 days of the invoice date.
You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
All returns and exchanges made via our online portal need to be shipped to the company headquarters.
Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
All items that are returned or exchanged, can only be returned or exchanged once.
We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from making a return if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
We make no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
All decisions made by the company are final.

SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays. Please note that due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, order processing may take longer than normal. Once your order has been placed, you may receive an email confirmation.
